Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want purchases of StructaCAD to feel clear and fair. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for one-time purchases and subscription payments processed through Lemon Squeezy.
2. Initial Purchases
You may request a refund for an initial purchase within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date if the product is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described. We may ask for a short explanation so we can improve the product and confirm eligibility.
3. Subscription Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, because access remains available immediately after renewal. If you do not want to renew, please cancel before your next billing date. We may still grant exceptions where required by law, in cases of duplicate billing, or where a clear billing error occurred.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied for abusive or repeated requests, misuse of the service, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction based on preferences that were accurately represented before purchase. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@structacad.com with the purchase email, order details, and reason for the request. If your purchase was processed through a Lemon Squeezy customer portal or receipt, include the order reference from that message if available.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Processing times depend on the payment method and financial institution. Taxes and payment handling are managed within the merchant of record flow used at checkout.
7. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, please contact us before opening a chargeback. We are usually able to resolve billing concerns faster through support than through a payment dispute.
