These Terms and Conditions govern your use of StructaCAD, including our website, drafting workspace, downloadable outputs, and any related software services we provide.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, purchasing a license, or contacting support. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. License and Acceptable Use
When we grant you access to StructaCAD, we provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business or professional work. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with the service, or use the platform to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments, subscriptions, and taxes are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout transactions. Your purchase may appear under a Lemon Squeezy billing descriptor. Pricing, taxes, renewals, and checkout processing are handled through the Lemon Squeezy checkout environment at the time of purchase.
5. Subscription Terms
If you purchase a recurring plan, your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support before the next billing date. Access to paid features may end when your subscription expires or is canceled.
6. Intellectual Property
StructaCAD, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials, remains our intellectual property or the intellectual property of our licensors. Your project data remains yours, subject to any limited rights required for us to operate and support the service.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every third-party tool or process.
8. Disclaimer
StructaCAD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all engineering outputs, drawings, calculations, and exported files before relying on them in practice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StructaCAD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us, our customers, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated.
