Pay US$9.99 for one complete DXF export. Each new export uses one credit, including exports after revising the model. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Yes. Import or model your structure, review the workspace and download one limited DXF sample per account. No card is required. The sample contains representative details; a subscription unlocks the complete drawing set.
Professional includes 10 different project imports per calendar month (UTC), in both monthly and annual subscriptions. You can download the same project as many times as you like while subscribed. Reimporting the same file, including revisions, uses no extra slot when its original name and grid axes stay the same. A different file or changed axes counts as a different project. Unused slots do not roll over. Office includes unlimited project imports. Both plans include full exports and revisions while subscribed. Licenses are assigned to named users and cannot be shared outside the subscribed seats.
The owner occupies one seat and invites two people by email. Each person uses their own account. The owner manages members and the subscription. More than 3 users requires a written proposal with the licensing scope agreed before purchase.
For Professional and Office, the tools and seats are identical with annual billing. Pay US$249.99 for Professional or US$1290.00 for Office in one payment for 12 months. Professional saves US$49.89 compared with 12 monthly payments; Office saves US$258. The Professional allowance remains 10 project imports each month, without rollover. Automatic annual renewal unless cancelled beforehand.
Yes. Send your company name, RNC, number of users and billing requirements to support@structacad.com. Online subscriptions are charged in USD through Lemon Squeezy. If you require a local fiscal receipt or another payment method, confirm availability in the written quotation before purchasing.
Software support is included. Optional guided onboarding costs US$250.00 once: two remote sessions of 60 minutes for one team, setup and a walkthrough using one model. Scope and scheduling are agreed before payment. Custom development, on-site visits and engineering review are quoted separately.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends; downloaded files remain yours. See our refund policy for refund conditions. Already-purchased licenses and credits keep their original conditions.
ETABS, AutoCAD and other third-party licenses are separate. Drawings depend on the model and supported workflows. The responsible engineer reviews and approves the output before issuing it. Engineering services and project certification are not included.
